Description:
Pumpkin is a very cute and sweet 2 year old filly sired by a TB and out of a Hanoverian dam by the imported Elite Hanoverian stallion Grusus, Class 1 rating and a top dressage competitor. Grusus obtained an overall score of 121.34 at 1983 Adelheidsdorf Stallion Performance Test, placing him in the Top 10. Grusus is sired by the legendary Grand Prix Dressage stallion named Grundstein. Grundstein was the leading sire in the FN rankings among stallions in the top 10% of their age group in both jumping and dressage for many years. In 1995 Grundstein's dressage index was an incredible 178 matched only by his impressive jumping index of 142. Pumpkin's dam,Graceful Way, was a field hunter and loved to jump. Pumpkin's TB sire was a racehorse and is a son of four-time graded stakes winner Parade Ground and out of the Mr.Prospector line. Pumpkin is very friendly, brave and athletic. She has been handled daily since birth, and she is easy to teach. She has correct conformation. She would make a nice field hunter, jumper or eventing prospect.

My Colonial Rose is a beautiful Thoroughbred mare with a very pretty head. Her sire Western Echo is a graded stakes winner of $608,716 and descends from the sire line of champion millionnaire Damascus, the Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes winner. Her female family produced the champion Pleasant Colony, the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes winner. My Colonial Rose is presently in foal to our Irish Draught stallion, Kilpeck Diamond Knight. She was bred August 7, 2009. This is a terrific 3-in-1 package deal since she also sells with a 2010 complimentary breeding to Kilpeck Diamond Knight. She foals easily and she is a very good mother. My Colonial Rose was a racehorse. She won 4 races as a 3 year old and then became a broodmare. She is completely sound and has very strong feet and great legs. She is athletic and has excellent conformation and straight action. She would also make a lovely show horse.
